Requirements:

• higher education (management, psychology);
• experience in the position of personnel manager, recruiter from 2 years;
• knowledge of methods and technologies selection;
• preference is given to candidates with experience in international companies;
• possession of the English language at the level of 6.5 (verified by IELTS test Academic at the selection stage);
• attention to details, responsible attitude to documents;
• ability to work in multitasking mode;
• focus on the result;
• friendliness and the ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities:

• selection and assessment of potential candidates using various recruiting tools;
• mastery of modern recruiting tools and platforms (LinkedIn, Job Boards, etc.).
• administrative support of foreign and domestic personnel;
• maintenance of documentation and databases;
• ensuring the conditions of legal stay of foreign personnel in Ukraine (control of the validity of employment permits);
• signing and keeping records of employment contracts (contracts) of foreign and domestic personnel;
• support of the employment process

Working conditions:

• Official employment;
• Work schedule: from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00, lunch break from 13:00 to 14:00;
• Location of the workplace: Kyiv, Kontraktova Square;
• Social guarantees according to the Labor Code of Ukraine.
