Requirements:

- Higher education

- 2 years of personnel selection experience (full cycle of recruiting)

- Development and implementation of strategies for attracting and retaining personnel.< /p>

- 2 years of work experience in the human resources department;

- Knowledge of personnel administration;

- Knowledge of the regulatory framework (KzpP, Law on vacations, etc.);

- Work experience in 1C;

- Willingness to develop
