Stability Trade Group is a subsidiary of the international certified broker Genco Trading (Bulgaria), is looking for a responsible and qualified HR manager/Recruiter. The company specializes in international trade on terms of EXW/FCA/CPT/CIF/DAP, etc.

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar position.
• Higher education in the field of personnel management, psychology or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team.

Duties:

• Search, selection and adaptation of new employees.
• Development and implementation of personnel management strategies.
• Maintenance of documentation on personnel issues.
• Implementation of full cycle recruiting process using typical and non-standard selection methods.

Personal qualities :

• Responsibility, high level of empathy, tact.
• Activity, attention to details.
• Ability to find an approach to people.
• Organization, stress resistance.
• Ability to interest the candidate in the company, vacancies.
