The company is not large, but has ambitious plans for development and growth, so it needs an HR manager who will help in the search for employees and become an integral part part of the team. Main tasks: Full cycle of recruiting; Publication of vacancies on job search sites as necessary, search for new channels; Screening of resumes (feedback) for vacancies and independent search of candidates; Conducting interviews and subsequent stages by sub-managers/directors; Providing feedback; Agreeing terms future cooperation; Analysis of the labor market and salaries; Adaptation of hired employees; — Participation in processes, organization of corporate events, efficiency management, internal communication. Participation in the construction of HR processes. For successful work, you need: Experience as a recruiter\HR\manager hiring specialists from 2 years; Be able to adapt and quickly adapt to the basic requirements of vacancies; Ability to present the company well a vacancy for potential employees; Skills of analyzing your work and the results of the need for change in approach; The ability to find a common language with people.
