We expect that you: Have experience in managing the full cycle of recruitment (from receiving an application for recruitment to the employee's end of employment); Managing a candidate database, forming a personnel reserve; Having experience in implementing HR business processes related to the life cycle employee; You have at least 1 year of experience in the position of HRmanager / HRGeneralist / Recruiter; You have a high level of communication skills; Punctual and responsible person, able to take a proactive position; You are oriented in modern educational trends and tools; You have experience working with GSuite (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Forms) , MSOffice, Trello and specialized services for recruiting; Successful experience of closing positions by actively recruiting and hiring employees. Tasks that await you, in particular the main one: The main area of activity will be the search for new candidates for the team. And others: Knowledge of search technologies and recruitment of personnel (LinkedIn, FB , job search sites, etc.); Skills of interviewing for competencies (it is very important for us not to lose anyone and find exactly "our" people); Organization of the educational process; Partial involvement in other hr-processes (team work); Organization of motivational events; cycle of employees (Onboarding, 1to1, Exit Interview); Labor market analysis, salary monitoring; Formation of corporate culture: creation and maintenance of corporate culture that promotes employee involvement, job satisfaction and high productivity, congratulations on birthdays, anniversaries of work in the company, organization of events.
