Main tasks
Recruiting (key unit):
full cycle of recruiting: from application to employee exit;
selection of personnel for production and related positions;
communication with candidates, organization of interviews;
support of the candidate for adaptation.
HR processes:
participation in the development and implementation of HR processes;
supporting the adaptation of new employees;
working with documentation and internal tools;
communication with department heads.
Administrative support (in part):
help with office manager functions;
organizational and operational tasks (within the team).

This role will suit you if:
you want to develop in HR and recruiting;
you have minimal experience, training or internship;
you are not afraid of a production environment and communications;
ready for high pace and workload;
able to organize yourself and bring tasks to a result;
It is important to know immediately
thisnot a "quiet" HR position;
a lot of communication, tasks and real requests from production;
you will have to learn quickly and be involved in processes;
