HR manager (personnel and military accounting) in Profi Poshuk / Samoylenko, FOP

A manufacturing company that is growing and expanding its team is looking for an HR manager who will take over personnel and military accounting, as well as support the main HR processes of the company.

This role will suit a specialist who is well versed in personnel administration, has practical experience in military accounting and wants to work in a stable company.

What will be in the job

HR accounting

• keeping personnel records

• registration of hiring, transfer and dismissal of employees

• preparation of orders, personal files, personnel documents

• control of vacations, sick days

• maintenance of time sheets

Military accounting

• maintenance of military records of employees

• updating data of conscripts

• interaction with TCC and joint ventures

• preparation of necessary reporting

HR processes

• participation in personnel selection (in detail)

• organization of adaptation of new employees

• support of HR processes and internal communications
