Working as part of the HR team. Subordination to HRD. At the moment, the company is already working on KZPP, it is necessary to take it over and organize it. Close possible gaps. Experience and competence in working with KZPP issues will be the main criterion evaluations of candidates. The work under the Gig contracts is already prescribed, it is necessary to follow the established rules and regulations. The company has a lawyer and an accounting department with whom you can consult about the related areas of responsibilityomitted, it is necessary to take control of its management and set up standard reporting on military accounting and booking. The number of employees is up to 30-50 for KZPP, 70 for Gig.

Professional and personal competencies:
- Experience in personnel administration;
< span style="font-style: normal; font-weight: 400">- Understanding of KZPP / experience with KZPP;
< br style="font-style: normal; font-weight: 400"/>It will be a plus:
- Experience with Gig legislation;
- Legal education;
- Intermediate English level.

Main tasks:
Personnel administration:
- Recruitment and dismissal of employees according to the Labor Code;
- Maintaining personnel documentation in accordance with the norms of the Labor Code (labor, personal affairs);
- Conducting sick leave and vacations in accordance with the standards of KZPP;
- Submission of reports on the movement of employees to the control bodies;
Gig legislation: 
- Hiring and firing of employees under the Gig contract;
- Employee reporting within the Gig legislation (not mixed with accounting);
Military accounting: 
- Completion of documentation necessary for booking employees;
- Issuance of labor reservation requestsstudents;
- Control of the terms of completion of reservations;< /span>
- Submission of reports on military accounting to control bodies;
- Collection and updating of documents from employees, related to military registration and reservation;
Additionally :
- Consultation of employees on issues of employment in foreign company divisions (according to available instructions).
