HR manager / Personnel accounting specialist in FRDM Group

We are a Ukrainian innovative and technological company that develops and manufactures robotic systems. We create solutions that work remotely on land, in the sky and at sea. 

We are looking for a specialist who will strengthen our HR team.

Responsibilities:

• Personnel administration ;
• Formation of an effective team: onboarding and adaptation;
• Participation in HR projects of the company;
• Management of HR processes and implementation of HR strategy;
• li>Organization and holding of online and offline events/meetings;
• Support of company employees during their stay in the company;
• Automation of processes, submission of ideas for improvement;
• Interaction with heads/directors of areas/departments, all employees regarding job satisfaction in the company.

Requirements:

• Experience in the field of HR from 2 years;
• Communication, empathy, emotional leadership;
• Practical experience of working in multitasking mode;
• Successful experience of creation and implementation HR — projects;
• Experience in HR administration;
• Understanding onboarding process, 1:1 meetings, performance review, exit interview, etc.
