HR manager (personnel accounting/recruiting) in ERIDON BUD, TOV

ERIDON BUD LLC is inviting its team of specialists for the position of "personnel manager (personnel accounting and recruiting)" Responsibilities: maintaining the Company's personnel records in accordance with the law (staff of about 200 people): registration of admission, transfer, vacations, sick leave, dismissal of employees in accordance to KZpP and internal documents, etc.; keeping, accounting, scanning and transfer to PF of employees' work books; preparation of orders and notices for employees' business trips; maintenance of military records, reconciliation with RTCC and SP of conscripted employees, booking; maintenance of time sheets; formation of personnel reporting, work with controlling bodies; search and selection of personnel; provision of consultations on personnel issues of the Company's personnel. Requirements: higher education; experience of working as a personnel inspector for 2 years or more in companies with 100 or more employees; knowledge of the Labor Code and other normative legal acts in the field of labor legislation; experienced PC user (Word, Excel), 1C: Enterprise, (knowledge of BAS ERP will be an advantage).
