Main responsibilities:
• Conducting the initial selection of candidates for the position of cold call operators.
• Maintaining a database of candidates and accompanying them to work.
• Communication via Telegram, Instagram, job search sites (Work.ua, Robota.ua).
• Attracting new candidates through advertising, bloggers, recommendations, content.
• Reporting results daily / weekly.


Requirements:
• Responsibility, attention, communication.
• Ability to convince and create a trusting conversation.
 • Basic skills of working with Telegram bots and Excel.
• Preferably experience in recruiting or sales.

Fixed rate -$100/week

Bonus:

$125-1 person
On average, a young echar leads 2-3 people per week)
