Work as part of the HR team. Subordination to HRD. At the moment, the company is already working on the KZPP, it is necessary to take it upon itself and organize it. Close possible gaps. Experience and competences in dealing with issues of KZPP will be the main criterion for evaluating candidates. Work under Gig contracts is already prescribed, it is necessary to follow the established rules and norms, experience at the time of admission is not mandatory. The company has a lawyer and an accountant with whom work has been established and it is possible to consult on related areas of responsibility. The booking process has been launched, it is necessary to take control of its management and set up standard reporting on military accounting and booking. The number of employees is up to 30-50 according to KZPP, 70 according to Gig.

Professional and personal competences:
— Work experience in personnel administration;
—Understanding of KZPP / experience of working with KZPP;
— Ability to quickly find the necessary information and make decisions;
- Independence and responsibility.

Will be a plus:
—Experience of working with Gig legislation;
— Legal education;
— Intermediate English level.

Main tasks:
Personnel administration:
— Hiring and dismissing employees for work in accordance with the Labor Code;
—Maintenance of personnel documentation in accordance with KZPP norms (labor, personal affairs);
— Conducting sick leave and vacations in accordance with the standards of KZPP;
— Submission of reports on the movement of workers to the controlling authorities;
Gig legislation:
— Hiring and firing employees for work under a Gig contract;
— Employee reporting within the framework of Gig legislation (not mixed with accounting);
Military accounting:
— Issuance of documentation necessary for the reservation of employees;
— Issuing requests for booking employees;
—Control of booking completion dates;
- Military reportingregistration with controlling authorities;
— Collection and updating of documents from employees related to military registration and reservation;
Additionally:
— Consultation of employees on employment issues in the company's foreign divisions (according to the available instructions).
