• Recruitment and selection of personnel:
• Development and implementation of strategies for the selection of IT specialists ;
• Searching and attracting talented candidates;
• Conducting interviews and evaluating candidates for compliance with company requirements.
• Motivational programs and employee development:
• Development and implementation of staff motivation and retention programs;
• Conducting regular 1-1 calls with developers and other employees to discuss their goals and professional development;

• Organizing and conducting employee surveys to assess the level of satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Management of HR processes:
• Improvement HR-processes and company policies to ensure high quality of work with personnel;
• Interaction with heads of departments to plan team development;
• Organization of the process of adaptation of new employees.
• Support of corporate culture:
• Support and development of corporate culture, which promotes professional growth and involvement of employees;
• Participation in the organization of corporate events and initiatives.
Requirements:
• Experience work in HR and recruiting, preferably in the field of IT;
• Knowledge of the specifics of the labor market in the field of information technologies;
• Excellent communication and organizational skills;
• The ability to work in a team and make decisions independently;
• Knowledge of labor legislation.
