Responsibilities of the candidate:
Search and hire personnel for projects (account managers, marketers, content managers).
Organization of training, adaptation and induction of new employees.
Formation of contracts, personnel documentation, support of the entire life cycle of an employee.
Resolution of conflicts, support of labor issues.
Creation of bonus system and motivational programs.
Analysis of team performance and promoting professional growth.
Adherence to company standards, security and privacy policies.
Performance monitoring and feedback.
Collaboration with all departments to optimize internal processes.
Requirements:
HR experience is a plus, but is opportunity to learn.
High level of communication, readiness for rapid changes.
Ability to work in a multitasking environment, attentiveness.
