Tasks: Development and implementation of a personnel motivation system; Participation in the construction of the Company's HR processes and the implementation of HR initiatives aimed at the motivation and development of personnel; Conducting an analysis of the effectiveness of programs and recommendations on their improvement; Development of reports, metrics, presentations on the performance of labor efficiency indicators; Development with a large amount of information and compilation of data arrays of tables.
