We are constantly working on our development and now we need an HRmanager (middle) in the team Duties: Search and selection of personnel Formation of external personnel reserve Monitoring of the labor market, the volume of the wage market Participation in Onboarding Participation in Offboarding Conducting analytics and reporting by function Participation in the creation and support of training and evaluation functions What we expect from of the candidate: 2 years of experience working in HR manager, or HRG. Practical experience in recruitment and recruitment: office/middle level. IT specialization will be an additional advantage. Experience in working with recruitment partners.
