HR Manager (production industry)

Place of work: Kraków

✅ Job duties:

• managing the full employment cycle,
• conducting EB activities,
• monitoring employment regulations, compliance procedures with applicable legal standards,
• coordination of the benefits and training program,
• remuneration policy,
• development of personnel policy based on created processes and procedures in line with the company's needs ,
• creating and implementing a career path development program and motivational programs,
• shaping and promoting a positive organizational culture.

Employer requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position in engineering industry,
• higher education in HRM, psychology or management,
• knowledge of: labor law, recruitment, development, motivational systems, EB, processes
• multitasking and excellent work time organization,
• excellent communication skills,
• English at a level enabling free communication.
