Hello, Brazy is looking for an  HR manager to work in our company in the Lisbon office.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the execution of the HR Strategy and core areas of the HR department;
  • Full cycle recruitment (recruitment, hiring and onboarding);
  • Compensation and benefits;
  • Training and development (responsible for training initiatives, and support with performance reviews)

Requirements:

  • Previous HR experience in Portugal (more than one year).
  • Solid knowledge of Portuguese Labor Legislation.
  • Knowledge of administrative HR tasks: general payroll knowledge, social security, onboarding, and offboarding.
  • Have a good sense of autonomy and be a team player.
  • Have a good communication skill.
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English.
  • Experience with ATS and HR systems.
  • Experience with Google Meets, Google Sheets, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of the Ukrainian language would be an advantage.
