Responsibilities: Development and implementation of personnel training and development programs in accordance with the company's strategy. Planning and organization of training events, trainings, seminars and other forms of training. Coordination of the process of assessing the training needs of personnel and the development of individual training plans. Cooperation with the structural units of the company to identify personnel development needs. Ensuring compliance of training and development processes with legislation and the internal position of the company. Monitoring and evaluation of the effectiveness of training and development programs. Requirements: Higher education in the field of psychology, personnel management or a related field. Work experience in HR, in particular in the direction of training and development, from 2 years.
