  • Finding and attracting talent to the company (key roles BA, QA, Full-Stack Dev)
  • Using various platforms and non-standard methods for finding candidates
  • Creating attractive job descriptions
  • Assessment of candidates' English language proficiency
  • Analysis of recruiting effectiveness: estimation of closing dates for vacancies, number of successfully hired candidates, completion of training and probation period, as well as effectiveness of used channels
  • Cooperation with managers and all participants in the hiring process
