What will you do?:

• Conducting and coordinating the search and recruitment of personnel of various levels
• Conducting interviews
• Attracting managers from competing companies in our industry (hunting)
• Controlling internships and training of new employees, certification and adaptation
• Organization of team building

You are our ideal candidate if you have:

• HR experience of not less than 1 year
• Experience in key HR processes
• Experience of successful recruitment of various levels of middle, senior, lead, C-Level vacancies
• Polish language at B2+ level
