The main responsibilities: organization of the full cycle of search and recruitment of personnel (creating a job profile description, posting an ad, recruiting and searching for personnel, screening resumes, conducting initial telephone interviews, organizing and conducting final interviews with the manager); high-quality and timely closing of vacancies; formation of an external personnel reserve; formation of weekly reports for the direct manager; management of personnel records in full accordance with the requirements of Ukrainian legislation: formation and management of personal files of employees.
