Responsibilities: Search for candidates: work with job sites, social networks, educational institutions, job fairs; Selection, recruitment and evaluation of personnel for the bakery; Conducting telephone interviews, initial interviews, organization of interviews with job applicants; Organization of training/internship for personnel; Control of adaptation; Control of the implementation of labor discipline; Development and motivation of personnel; Maintenance of the candidate database.
