The main duties of the position: Formation of the candidate's profile together with the customer. Search and evaluation of potential applicants, both in Ukraine and abroad (if there is knowledge of the language). Organization interviews, as well as the collection and analysis of recommendations. Cooperation with recruiting agencies and outsourcing companies to meet the needs of personnel selection. Carrying out the process of adaptation of new employees. Experience in the position of personnel manager from 3 years; Knowledge of modern methods of search and recruitment of personnel, desire to grow and develop professionally in this direction; Ability to independently conduct negotiations with the customer and help form the job profile; Understanding of HR — functions and desire to develop; Proficiency in English will be an advantage.
