Production and the head office are located in Dubno, in connection with this, travel from Rivne is carried out by the employer's transport. We also have an office in Rivne on Ave. Victory, therefore, after the first 2 months of work, a combined work format is possible: Rivne / Dubno. Development of adaptation programs and control of their compliance. HR analyst (staff turnover, reasons for dismissal, monitoring of the labor market, etc.). Organize the work of the personnel department: subordinate to the personnel officer who provides personnel records of the enterprise, the task of the HR manager is to monitor changes in labor legislation, to assist the personnel officer in case of a large influx of work, replace a personnel officer during his absence.
