From the moment of its foundation to the present day, our company occupies a leading position in the production of rubber mats, dirt cleaning systems, rubber sleeves and other products made of rubber and plastic. The products of our plant are actively supplied to retail and wholesale trade networks in Ukraine, as well as exported abroad. Production and the head office are located in Dubno, in connection with this, travel from Rivne is carried out by the employer's transport. We also have an office in Rivne on Ave. Victory, therefore, after the first 2 months of work, a combined work format is possible: Rivne / Dubno. It is important for us that you: have experience in a similar position from 2 years; confident PC user (MS office, Google documents); possess recruiting techniques; you know labor law well; experience with 1C 8 will be an advantage. What will be your tasks: Full cycle of recruiting (specialties, middle level, top management) from developing a candidate's portrait and posting a vacancy to preparing a job offer (60-70% of working time). Development of adaptation programs and control of their compliance. HR analyst (staff turnover, reasons for dismissal, monitoring of the labor market, etc.). Organize the work of the personnel department: subordinate to the personnel officer who provides personnel records of the enterprise, the task of the HR manager is to monitor changes in labor legislation, to assist the personnel officer in case of a large influx of work, replace a personnel officer during his absence.
