We are looking for an HR manager for an international digital company operating on the European and Asian markets.
Responsibilities:< br/>
- Development and implementation of the strategic work plan of the division taking into account the business goals of the company
- Management of the HR function selection, adaptation, training
- Increasing the level of satisfaction and involvement of the division's personnel
- Management of the company's brand and its construction
- Making management decisions on assignments
- Personal selection of certain categories of employees
- participation in the development of the motivation system
- managing turnover and increasing job satisfaction in the company
- conducting weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting
requirement:
- higher education;
- English pre-intermediate
- Total work experience in HR at least 3 years;
- Work experience in the role of HR BP, Head of HR department, HR generalist
Conditions:
- Work format: 5/2 (12.00 - 20.00 or from 13.00 - 22.00) - due to close work with the USA
