Your main duties will be: Ensuring the needs of the company for qualified personnel; Searching, selecting and evaluating potential candidates; Organizing and conducting interviews, compilation and analysis of results; Conducting welcome presentations, coordination of the procedure of adaptation of newly hired employees; Development of staff attraction and retention strategies; Development and implementation of training and development programs; Support and updating of the database of candidates/reserve; Maintenance of documentation related to the acquaintance and administration of personnel; Participation in other HR processes.
