HR Manager, HRG, HRPP, HRBP in ROLF

DLM is a successful chain of multi-brand salons of luxury furniture, which has been operating on the market since 2004. We are inviting an experienced HR manager of search and recruitment, a recruiter to join our team. Soft skills: Flexibility; Proactivity; Communication/empathy; Orientation to results. Hard skills: Experience of working in a similar position from 2 years; A team player with leadership qualities. It will be an advantage: Higher education, specialization in the field of HR/recruiting. Your main duties will be: Ensuring the needs of the company for qualified personnel; Searching, selecting and evaluating potential candidates; Organizing and conducting interviews, compilation and analysis of results; Conducting welcome presentations, coordination of the procedure of adaptation of newly hired employees; Development of staff attraction and retention strategies; Development and implementation of training and development programs; Support and updating of the database of candidates/reserve; Maintenance of documentation related to the acquaintance and administration of personnel; Participation in other HR processes. We expect from you: Confident knowledge of methods and tools of search and selection of personnel; Ability to effectively conduct interviews and evaluate candidates; High communication skills and negotiation skills; Flexibility to shifts, ability to coordinate several projects at the same time, ability to work with a large amount of information Confident PC user, knowledge of programs for working with databases data will be an advantage.
