Your main responsibilities will be: Ensuring the company's needs in qualified personnel; Searching, selecting and evaluating potential candidates; Organizing and conducting interviews, compiling and analyzing the results; Conducting welcome presentations, coordinating the procedure of adaptation of newly hired employees; Developing strategies for attracting and retaining personnel; Development and implementation of training and development programs; Maintaining and updating the candidate database/reserve; Keeping documentation related to recruitment and personnel administration; Participation in other HR processes. The ability to effectively conduct interviews and evaluate candidates; High communication and negotiation skills; Flexibility to changes, the ability to coordinate several projects at the same time, the ability to work with a large amount of information Confident PC user, knowledge of programs for working with databases will be an advantage.
