HR manager (HRG) in Young Business Club

We are looking for an HR Generalist (HRG)

About us: Young Business Club (YBC) is an ecosystem that helps entrepreneurs grow through a quality environment.

A meeting place necessary people at the right time and help each other effectively solve issues of any complexity.

Main tasks:

• ? Selection of quality candidates and their initial adaptation (full cycle of recruiting, onboarding). 
• Maintenance of the HRM system. 
• Assisting managers in the development and support of the motivation of each team member. 
• Conducting surveys, HR metrics.
• Conducting 1:1 meetings. 

 Our expectations:

• Experience in recruiting for at least 2 years (not freelance).
• Experience in the systematic construction of HR processes. 
• Knowledge of the English language at the B1 level.

Working conditions:

• Full-time (flexible schedule, remote). 
• Remote work.
•  Payment depending on the experience of the candidate.
