Now we are looking for a professional, ambitious and active HR director who will help us build a strong HR function in the company. Your tasks: Management and organization of the work of the HR department. Setting up a high-quality HR function Search and recruitment of personnel (Top management and line personnel) Conducting HR analytics (number of employees, turnover, newcomers/interns, average time of work in the company, reasons for dismissal) Analysis and optimization of the Company's organizational structure Writing job profiles, job instructions, regulations about departments of a wide range of functions and responsibilities for positions Personnel management (onboarding, mentoring, training and development, certification, personnel reserve, testing, personnel evaluation, off-boarding, material and material motivation, KPI, internal communications) Labor market monitoring HR-budgeting and control, participation in budgeting FOPOEvaluation of employee efficiency Control by establishing personnel records Active participation aimed at increasing team cohesion and cooperation, team building for employees Our ideal candidate has: Experience in HRD, HRG or HRBP from 2 years Deep knowledge of HR processes, procedures and strategies High communication skills and the ability to build relationships with employees at all levels Strategic thinking and the ability to make informed decisions based on analysis data Experience in building HR processes in companies What we offer: The possibility to influence our salary with the results of work, as it will consist of the rate and KPI The possibility of official employment from the first day A friendly team that will support you in the first stages of work and help you throughout your career Constant development and training of your soft and hard skills The possibility of implementing all your ideas and experience; Stable and convenient work schedule from Mon-Fri from 10:00 to 19:00.
