Our customer is an international consulting center with a staff of 200 + specialists in the Lviv office. Now the customer is ready to strengthen its HR department, we invite a qualified specialist to join the team with the prospect of a short adaptation period to become an HR Team Lead. Expectations from the candidate: 2+ years of practical work experience in a similar position (HRM, HRBP, HRG, PP); flexibility and analytical skills for prompt solutions situations; high level of self-organization, ability to manage time; strong communication skills, ability to motivate an employee for best results; experience in drafting regulatory documents (regulations, job instructions); proactive position, ability to quickly make decisions and resolve conflicts.
