Now the customer is ready to strengthen its HR department, we invite you to join the team of a qualified specialist with the prospect of becoming an HR Team Lead in a short period of adaptation. Expectations from the candidate: 2+ years of practical work experience in a similar position (HRM, HR BP, HRG, PP); flexibility and strong analytical skills for prompt resolution of situations; high level of self-organization and time management skills; strong communication skills and the ability to motivate an employee for better results; experience in drafting regulatory documents (regulations, job instructions); proactive position, ability to quickly make decisions and solve problems conflicts. Your future tasks: support the life cycle of employees (Onboarding, Adaptation, 1to1, Exit Interview); assist department heads and the team in solving urgent HR issues; identify and assess risks in working with department specialists; prepare regulatory documents and report; form budgets and expenses; maintain and develop the company's corporate culture; develop and implement new motivational programs.
