Our expectations from the candidate: Experience in the HR field from 1 year; Knowledge of business process methodology adaptation of personnel; Knowledge of exit interview techniques; Adaptability, desire to develop in the field of HR; Communicability and stress resistance; Possession of Google Workspace. About the role: Ability to conduct Pre-onboarding and onboarding process; Effective one-to-one conduct; Conducting Welcome Day (acquaintance with the standards and values ​​of the company); Adherence to the standards of the company's work and corporate culture; Conducting disciplinary conversations (unplanned, unnecessary); weekly, monthly and quarterly reports; Participation in HR projects and the implementation of HR-initiatives of the company's work.
