HR Manager (HR PP) in HedgeHog

Today, it is important for our client, a company in the field of international logistics, to strengthen the team of HR Manager (HR PP), who will develop his skills in the HR field and grow professionally in a stable company. Our expectations from the candidate: Experience in the HR field from 1 year; Knowledge of business process methodology and staff adaptation; Knowledge of exit interview methodology; Adaptability, desire to develop in the HR field; Communicability and stress resistance; Possession of Google Workspace. About the role : Ability to conduct Pre-onboarding and onboarding process; Effective one-to-one meetings; Conducting Welcome Day (acquaintance with company standards and values); Adherence to company work standards and corporate culture; Conducting disciplinary conversations (unplanned, if necessary); Work on retention of contractors, identification of major gaps in work and participation in their elimination; Conducting exit interviews and monitoring the contract termination process; Completing weekly, monthly and quarterly reports; Participation in HR projects and implementation of HR initiatives in the company's work.
