Our expectations from the candidate:

• Experience of HR Generalist or HR RR from 1 year;
• Knowledge of business process methodology and personnel adaptation;< /li>
• Knowledge of exit interview techniques;
• Adaptability, desire to develop in the HR field;
• Communication and stress resistance;
• Proficiency in Google Workspace.

About the role:

• Ability to conduct Pre-onboarding and onboarding process;
• Effective one-to-one conduct;
• Coordinating the training process and personnel development (internal corporate university);
• Adherence to company work standards and corporate culture;
• Advising managers on personnel management issues;
• Working on the retention of contractors, identifying the main gaps in work and participating in their elimination;
• Conducting exit interviews and supporting the contract termination process;
• Participation in HR projects and implementation HR initiative in the company's work.

• Working hours: 9.00-18.00, Mon.-Fri;
