The functions that we want you to cover yourself: first of all: recruiting - planning and selection of line and management personnel, onboarding, creation and control of the probationary program, offboarding, exit interviews, creation of a personnel reserve with a structure company: visualization, description and implementation of new positions in accordance with the development strategy, monitoring the involvement and interest of employees, assessment of 360/180 on competencies, 1:1 meetings, organization of training, creation of a mentoring system, participation in the development and implementation of material and non-material motivations, KPI; implementation of a single register of motivational programs, monitoring of the labor market, implementation of measures aimed at the development of corporate culture, formation of the employer brand, audit of HR processes, development of a work plan for each quarter, staff evaluation: eNPs, Q12, 1:1 meetings, work with indicators, establishment of communications between departments: programs and standards, coordination of internal procedures and informing employees, work with educational institutions to attract talented students to the company.
