Your future responsibilities:– hiring new employees at different levels;– attraction of employees and managers from competing companies in our industry (hunting);– induction, monitoring of internships and training of new employees, certification and adaptation;– ensuring the implementation of policies and instructions related to their work ;– provision of workplaces for employees;– work planning, analysis of results and control of plan execution;– delegation of responsibility and training of subordinates;– conflict management and maintenance of a favorable climate in the team;– support of effective communication with subordinates and management;– participation in organization and implementation corporate events; – organization of motivational events to increase performance.
