Our friendly team is looking for a high-class HRG. A person who will build our mechanism and also become a part of us. A person who will see weak points in the company and strengthen them. What do we offer? – competitive salary (discussed at the interview based on your competencies); – work schedule: Mon-Fri from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (remote format not considered) m. Salzgitter Germany; – employment according to German legislation; – work in a company with well-established processes and separated functions; – all conditions for self-realization, continuous training and a large knowledge base. Our expectations from the candidate: – 2 years of work experience in the position of HRM/HRG; – experience in implementing and managing key HR processes;– experience in successful recruitment of vacancies at various levels: mass recruitment, middle, senior;– German level not lower than B1-B2;– thinks in terms of the result, not the process. Your future responsibilities:– hiring new employees at different levels;– attraction of employees and managers from competing companies in our industry (hunting);– induction, monitoring of internships and training of new employees, certification and adaptation;– ensuring the implementation of policies and instructions related to their work ;– provision of workplaces for employees;– work planning, analysis of results and control of plan execution;– delegation of responsibility and training of subordinates;– conflict management and maintenance of a favorable climate in the team;– support of effective communication with subordinates and management;– participation in organization and implementation corporate events; – organization of motivational events to increase performance.
