Your zones Responsibilities:
- Search and recruitment of personnel (publication of vacancies on job sites, conducting phone interviews, interviews of candidates);
- Onboarding and adaptation of new employees;
- Labor market monitoring and formation of personnel reserve;
- Support of corporate culture;
- Management of personnel office management.
