For the job, you will need: experience in a similar position from the 1st year (we are also ready to consider candidates without experience, but with a great desire to develop in this field ); to be able to work in a team; to be a confident user of Google, Microsoft, CRM products (any will be a competitive advantage); time management skills and effective distribution of one's own working time; literacy - fluent oral/written Ukrainian; motivation, desire to development and love of learning; be able to work in multitasking mode; sociability, flexibility, energy; get pleasure from communicating with people and be friendly; joie de vivre and optimism. What you will do: full administrative support of life activities and life support of the company; ensure cleanliness and coziness in the office (coordinating the work of the cleaner and technical staff, making purchases); monitor the proper condition of office equipment and communications; assist in organizing corporate events in the office; assist in staff selection (placement of vacancies on job sites, initial interviews, telephone screening); participate in adaptation programs, implementation and control of staff training and motivational programs; receiving incoming calls and meeting visitors (1 hour per day); carrying out the instructions of the manager.
