HR Manager / HR Analyst

We are looking for an HR Analyst in the Vinnytsia office who is ready to join a large friendly team of specialists like-minded people and who will manage all HR functions including onboarding, training and development, performance management, employee relations and event management.
Requirements:
- HR manager experience of 1 year or more;
- Experience in developing and implementing HR processes and best practices;
- Ability to establish relationships with colleagues and work effectively in a large team;
- Ability to set priorities and work in difficult conditions;
- Deep knowledge and experience of working with MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, dynamic dash boards, etc.);
- Experience with MS Office and information tracking systems and other office software;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills;
- Spoken English above average level;
- Analytical and critical thinking, attention to detail, proactive, tactful and diplomatic.
Will be a plus:
- Experience as an HR analyst;
- Experience with Power BI and MS Visio ;
- Experience with Google Analytics .
Responsibilities:
- Create positive, trusting working relationships with employees and managers, maintain a confident warm atmosphere in the company;
- Propose and implement continuous improvements to the company's HR brand;
- Expand knowledge about HR policies, best practices and trends in the field of personnel management;
- Cooperation with other HRM of the company with the purpose of monitoring the effectiveness of adopted HR practices and providing recommendations for their improvement;
- Improvement of existing personnel management processes based on performance analysis and identification of opportunities for optimization.
- Data collection and analysis based on the company's HR metrics for forecasting and optimization of processes;
- Work with employees on their career growth, job satisfaction and personal development, identify and anticipate conflicts, resolve difficult situations;
