What will you do?

• Search and recruitment
• Conduct interview
• Labor market monitoring and analysis
• Employee motivation
• Maintenance of primary personnel records
• Current reporting based on the results of your work

• Creating questionnaires
• Forming a personnel reserve
• Participating in HR projects
• Writing check letters
• Using various search platforms: 1. Social networks; 2. Freelance platforms, both Ukrainian and foreign; 3. Sites for posting vacancies.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Experience in using recruiting sites and understanding how these sites work
• Responsibility, honesty and a great desire for growth
• Knowledge of computer programs Google Docs, Google Tables, Notion
• Work experience from half year in a similar position is mandatory
• High level of communication and organizational skills
• Experience conducting interviews in English will be an advantage
• Show initiative and new ideas
• Ability to plan your work and working hours
• English above average
