We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented People Admin to help improve our employee experience, support culture and participate in internal HR projects. If you love order, communication, and find inspiration in helping people, you should come to us! 

What will you do:

• Participate in initiatives and projects, both planned and special — aimed at improving HR practices, policies and the development of corporate culture.
• Promptly process employee requests: find solutions, coordinate responses, involve other team members when necessary.
• Onboarding for line workers.
• Assisting People Partner with ordering and shipping gifts and equipment, adding newcomers to training programs.
• Improve the experience of employees through quality support, attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.
• Responsible for the development of internal processes with a focus on sustainability, simplicity and humanity.

Schedule: 5/2 (it is possible to work remotely 1 day a week)

What is important to us:

• Work experience of HR administrator, People Admin from 1 year. 
• Understanding key HR processes (onboarding, adaptation, employee support, internal communication).
• Excellent organizational skills: ability to structure information, maintain focus on details, and simultaneously work effectively with multiple tasks.
• Strong communication skills: building trusting relationships, maintaining open and professional communication in the team and with individual employees.
• High level of responsibility and proactivity.
• A sincere desire to create a comfortable, understandable and pleasant environment for everyone in the team.
• Readiness to visit the office.
