In connection with the active expansion, we are looking for an experienced employeeswho are ready to effectively develop this direction in the company.

Previous experience and skills:

  • 3 years of work experience in a similar position

  • English language level - not lower than B1

  • knowledge of the spectrum of evaluation methods

  • KPI, 360°; font-style: normal; text-decoration">understanding of tools Management and HR analysts

  • experience in developing job profiles, describing competencies, implementing grades and development maps

  • ability to work with budgets, make reports

  • analytical thinking planning

  • communication and the ability to persuade

  • development of job profiles, including the description of the functions and requirements for the candidates

  • analysis of the training needs of the employees based on the objectives of the company. Construction of the annual "Training Calendar"

  • search and selection of external and internal training programs, trainers, platforms

  • creating employee grading systems

  • in (Performance Review, KPI, OKR)

  • construction of individual development maps for each position

  • cooperation with department heads to identify team development needs

  • organization of trainings, seminars, workshops, according to the "Calendar trainings" and requests from vendors

  • training programs style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">keeping statistics on training, documentation, reporting and budget for the development and evaluation of employees
