Who we are looking for: A specialist who will be responsible for hiring, support and development of the team in all our directions: wholesale, retail (stores), hub ( events+coffee shop).What will be included in the duties: recruitment of new employees: development and implementation of recruitment strategies, organization and conduct of interviews, determination of candidate selection criteria. It is very important for us not to lose anyone and to find exactly "our" people. onboarding of new employees: creation and control of employee onboarding plans. evaluation and certification of employees: planning and carrying out evaluation of employees, development of evaluation criteria, analysis of evaluation results for further development of employees. development and implementation of team development programs: creation and implementation of training and development plans, organization of trainings for professional development; setting performance goals for the team and monitoring their progress in achieving them. We want our team to feel comfortable and know that there are avenues for growth!conflict resolution: identifying and resolving conflict in the workplace, fostering positive communication and interaction among employees.
