Requirements: Relevant work experience in the positions of HRD, HRBP, HRM, Head of recruitment. Experience in fashion retail is a must. An advantage will be the experience of working in system companies with skills in setting up the work of the department and business processes of the department. Experience in working with standard and alternative search channels. Segmentation of search channels, understanding of the relevance and efficiency of recruitment according to different types of vacancies. Experience in working with personnel reserves (formation, management, updating). Experience in developing training programs, organizing trainings. Analysis of the need for training implementation. Responsibilities: Organization of the work of the department, interaction of department heads for effective organization of the hiring process. Setting up the hiring funnel, recruiting. Prescribing the candidate's portrait, compiling and publishing the vacancy text. Work with various channels of candidate searches. Conducting interviews of candidates, as well as subsequent onboarding. Building corporate culture. Conducting corporate trainings, one-to-one meetings, exit-interview. Development of the HR brand. Support of an ecological and favorable microclimate in the collective. Organization of events aimed at preventing staff turnover. Working with the company's staff list. Regular analysis of personnel needs. Monitoring of the candidate market in a competitive environment (salary level for positions, labor market trends, understanding of market problems and development of solutions). Retail analytics for related areas. Regular visits to all locations and departments to communicate with staff with the aim of fixing the microclimate in teams, identifying possible problems, conducting motivational trainings. Maintaining a positive reputation of the employer brand. Working conditions: Comfortable office in the center of Kyiv, 7 minutes from the metro. Work schedule 5/2 from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (Saturday and Sunday — weekends). Competitive salary level. Corporate mobile communication, all necessary equipment for work.
