Requirements:

• Higher education (preferred);
• Experience in a similar position from 1 year;
• Confident command of Microsoft programs Office;
• High communication skills and the ability to work in a team;
• Creativity in the approach to the search;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stress resistance.

Responsibilities:

• Recruiting and selection of personnel: forming a candidate profile, conducting interviews, evaluating competencies, maintaining a candidate database;
• Adaptation of new employees: conducting introductory training, familiarization with corporate policies and company structure, accompanying newcomers during the trial period
• Performance assessment and personnel development: Identification of training needs, organization of trainings, professional development;
• Participation in resolving conflict situations, holding conversations with employees;
• Formation of corporate culture: formation of a single HR brand within the company, work on staff involvement and motivation, development and implementation of a performance evaluation system work;
• Internal HR reporting (staff turnover, recruitment sources, adaptation efficiency);
