HR manager (digital marketing agency) in Organic Search inc

Organic Search Inc, a leading digital marketing agency, USA is looking for an experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for the search, analysis and selection of candidates for various departments of our agency. Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to meet our agency's staffing needs Sourcing and screening candidates through various channels including employment portals, professional networks, social media and referrals Analyze and evaluate resumes and applications to determine candidate suitability Conduct interviews and skills assessments , experience and cultural fit of candidates Collaborate with department managers to determine hiring needs and develop job descriptions Maintain and update job vacancies on work.ua and other relevant platforms Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and employees Monitoring and reporting on key recruiting metrics and trends Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience in personnel management, with a focus on recruitment and selection of candidates Knowledge of quality practices of personnel selection Proficiency in Ukrainian, Russian languages; knowledge of English is an advantage Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills Experience using job search platforms such as work.ua Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced multi-tasking environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills We offer: Competitive salary Dynamic, international work environment Opportunities for professional growth and development Flexible work schedule and friendly team Application process: To apply, please submit your resume in response to this position by clicking "Respond" We appreciate your interest in joining our team and look forward to reviewing your application!
