Functional duties:

• recruitment of personnel for vacant store positions;
• maintenance of primary personnel records;
• training and adaptation of employees;
• organization of motivational events at stores.

Main requirements for the candidate:

• work experience in HR (recruitment, training, personnel administration) will be an advantage;
• experience working in Retail will be an advantage;
• active life position, ability to work in multitasking conditions, high level of self-organization;
• mobility.
