Functional duties:

• Selection of line personnel for the project (factories, plants, logistics warehouses);
• Posting job advertisements on job sites, mass media, and social networks;
• Search for personnel using various resources and techniques, including direct search;
• CV screening, conducting initial interviews and telephone interviews;
• Monitoring the completion of the probationary period by an employee at the enterprise;
• Maintenance personnel documentation (preparation of contracts, closing the report card, reporting).
• Managing the project independently (closing vacancies, organizing accommodation if necessary, constant communication with employees).
• Teamwork in the department.
