We are opening a vacancy for a recruiter (manager of employment abroad)

We are looking for active, proactive people capable of self-discipline, who want to learn the current profession of a recruiter.

Your duties:

• search for candidates for vacancies in Poland, the Czech Republic and Germany (mainly production and warehouses) using various methods: job sites, announcements, advertising in social networks, etc. - you yourself choose convenient work methods
• maintain your own client base in our company's CRM system
• consult candidates in the employment process

Earnings are completely up to you: we pay a fee for each recruited candidate + rate.
